About Me

Jon Amicone: I received my bachelor’s degree in Integrated Social Studies from Bowling Green State University in 2007. I am currently the 8th grade Social Studies teacher at Wynford Jr High, which is a small school outside of Bucyrus, Ohio. I have been teaching at Wynford for the last two years. Previously, I taught one year at the Richland County Juvenile Detention Center in Mansfield, Ohio. My job there was to ensure that students being held at the JDC were keeping up with their assignments from their home school and preparing the students for their OGT.
